Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Browsing: you can browse the directory without an account. Our hosting and CDN providers log standard request data (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention and basic traffic analysis.

Accounts: if you sign in to list a model, agent or token, we store your email, display name, and any profile fields you provide. If you sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), we receive your email and basic profile info from that provider.

Listings: anything you publish (name, description, links, tags, pricing) is public by design.

Contact: if you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not process payments and never see card or banking details.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers across the site.
• We do not build behavioural profiles for marketing.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we later add analytics, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for consent.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to operate the site:

• Hosting, CDN and edge compute (for serving the site).
• Database, authentication and storage (for accounts and listings).
• Email provider (for transactional and contact emails).
• Search engine tools (e.g. Google Search Console) to monitor indexing of public pages.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. External links

When you click through to a provider listed in our directory, you leave SoftPerceptron and enter their site. We do not control what they collect once you arrive. Read each provider's own privacy policy before sharing data or paying.

6. Data retention

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and operations and then rotated out. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@softperceptron.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and rely on our database provider's row-level access controls so that only you and authorised operators can read your account data. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, by a notice on the site.
