Terms of Service

1. What SoftPerceptron is

SoftPerceptron is a free, independent directory and search index of third-party AI models, autonomous agents and compute tokens. We list providers and link to their own websites. We do not host the models, process payments, deliver software, or vet provider checkouts. Every transaction happens on the provider's site, under that provider's own terms.

2. Use at your own risk

All listings, external links, descriptions, prices and metadata are provided by third parties or aggregated from public sources. SoftPerceptron makes no warranties as to accuracy, availability, safety, fitness for any purpose, or legality of any listing. You use any model, agent, token or linked tool entirely at your own risk. Verify URLs, read provider terms, and exercise judgement before installing software, sharing data, or making payments.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, infringing or malicious listings.
• Submit listings for models or tools used to harm people, generate CSAM, run targeted harassment, or violate applicable law.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the directory in a way that disrupts the Service or misrepresents its source.
• Attempt to break, probe, or bypass our security or access controls.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

We may remove any listing or restrict any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Listings and user content

If you publish a listing — including a locally deployed model or agent — you confirm you have the right to do so, that the information is accurate to your knowledge, and that the linked destination is operated by you or with permission. You grant SoftPerceptron a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, index, cache and distribute that listing while it is published.

You can request removal at any time by emailing contact@softperceptron.com.

5. Third-party services

Provider sites linked from SoftPerceptron are independent. We do not endorse them, are not their agent, and are not party to any contract between you and them. Their terms, privacy policies and refund rules apply when you transact with them. Complaints about a paid model, agent or token must be raised with that provider.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from defects. We do not warrant that listings are current, that links work, or that third-party software is safe.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftPerceptron, its operators, contributors and affiliates accept no liability for any loss, damage, expense, claim, harm or consequence — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or otherwise — arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any listing, link or content reached through it. This includes loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SoftPerceptron harmless from any claim, demand or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of listings you publish, content you submit, or violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
